We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders over $85.50 within the United States. For orders under $85.50, a flat-rate shipping fee applies.

UNDELIVERABLE AREAS
Please note that we currently DO NOT ship to the following U.S. territories, remote regions, and military addresses due to international carrier limitations:
* Alaska
* Hawaii
* Puerto Rico
* Guam
* U.S. Virgin Islands
* Maine, Montana, North Dakota, Wyoming
* All military addresses (APO, FPO, DPO)

If an order is placed with a shipping address located in these regions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund automatically.


PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME

Warehouse Processing: In-stock items require an additional 48 hours (1-2 business days) for quality inspection, packaging, and warehouse processing before dispatch.


Pre-sale Items: Pre-sale or backorder items will ship based on the estimated shipping date provided on the specific product description page.


Tracking:Delivery times start from the moment your order is dispatched. Once your package is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor its progress.

Damaged or Missing Items:We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact our Customer Service team at support@lunriashop.com within 3 business days of receiving the package with clear photo evidence. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for you.
