RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All of our pieces are thoughtfully curated and crafted with carefully selected fabrics in collaboration with trusted manufacturing partners. Every item undergoes quality inspection before shipment to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below.

Shipping Policy
Free shipping promotions apply to outbound shipping only. Unless an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange Policy

  • Orders Not Yet Shipped
    If your order has not yet been shipped and you would like to exchange for a different size or color of the same item, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • Orders Already Shipped
    Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, customers may request a return after delivery in accordance with our return policy.

To avoid delays, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item while your return is being processed.

Return Policy

15-Day Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached

Returns sent without prior authorization from our customer service team may not be accepted.

Approved Returns
Once your return request has been approved:

  • The return package must be shipped within 7 days
  • A valid tracking number or shipping receipt must be provided

Failure to provide tracking information within the required timeframe may result in cancellation of the return request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

Non-Quality Related Returns
For returns unrelated to product quality, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

The following situations are not considered product defects:

  • Minor loose threads or slight stitching irregularities
  • Minor color differences caused by monitor or screen settings
  • Incorrect size selection
  • Personal preference regarding fit, style, or color
  • Damage caused by improper washing, alterations, or misuse

Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Policy

  • Canceled Orders
    Orders canceled before shipment will be refunded to the original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Returned Orders
    Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
  • Return Address
    Please do not send returns to the shipping address shown on the original package. Return instructions and the authorized return address will be provided by our customer service team after approval.
